The diagonals of a rhombus meet at the point E(-1,5) and one of them is parallel to the line  2x 5y = 3. Find the equation for the other diagonal.
    A.   x = 4y + 10
    B.   3y - x = 22
    C.   y = 4x + 10
    D.   2y + 5x = 5
