The hypotenuse of a right-angled triangle is (2y1) cm long. The other 2 sides are x cm and (x+y) cm in length. If the perimeter of the triangle is 30 cm and its area is 30 cm, find the possible values of x and y.
    A.   x = 7
y = 5
    B.   x = 4
y = 3
    C.   x = 5
y = 7
    D.   x = 3
y = 4
