uncle's is when you have a single uncle who owns sumthing. like...

Mu uncle's car brokedown. it shows ownership with a singular noun.

Uncles' is when you have more than one uncle (or more than one noun) and that also shows ownership.

Well uncle's is your unlce like your family. your dads brother or your moms brother

And uncles' means it belongs to your unlce

This is referring to one uncle that owns something...like...my uncle's house

uncles'

This is when more than one uncle owns something together..like

the uncles' houses (this is called plural possession)
