Here's a question I need help with, been debating with my friends about this for quite some time...
A stunt man stands on a moving train facing the direction of travel and throws a knife vertically. What happens if he cannot catch it?
It's very subjective, just upon discussion. I know that it gotta be something to do with the acceleration and velocity of the train, how far the knife is thrown, the resistance of the wind and (a bit silly but logical) the skill of the stuntman to catch the knife....
Any way I'm wrong on this?
