I have many questions about conversions!

I dont understand how to solve these problems:

1. how many calories of heat are needed to  raise the temperature of 8.1 kg of water 20 degrees celcius

2. how many joules of heat are needed to raise the temperature of 2.83 kg of water from 38 degrees celcius to 46 degrees celcius

I know there is some type of conversion that is used for these im just not sure what they are or which one to use, or how to do it!
