A converging lens has a focal length  f = 1.5m. When an object is placed at distance  u  in front of the lens, its image is formed at distance  v = 4m  behind the lens. Using Thin Lens Equation, determine the object distance  u .
    A.   u = 5.4m
    B.   u = 4.4m
    C.   u = 3.4m
    D.   u = 2.4m
    E.   u = 1.4m
    F.   u = 0.4m
